Accordingly, acting as Data Controller, the Company takes all due care to process your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDP Law") — by using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying it within the framework described below and in connection with its business purposes.
Within this scope, all technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to safeguard it, in accordance with the laws and regulations enacted to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, primarily the privacy of private life.

Pursuant to Article 3/1-ı of the PDP Law, ADSERA is the "Data Controller".
